Some helpful software info...

I have had many questions about what software I use to merge appliques and fonts and I wanted to let everyone know that I use Sew What Pro.

You can find info about Sew What Pro at http://www.sandscomputing.com/

They have a trial version that last 30 days that is FREE! And if you like it you can purchase the software for only $65 bucks! It is very user friendly and a very resonable price! Please let me know if you have any other questions! Thanks!

a baby gift!

One of my best friends from college had a baby girl in January. I have finally been able to sew around here again so I threw together a few cute things for baby Tenley! This gift actually started with the cute lil smocked bubble from Remember Ngyugen and I took it from there! I had a little fun with being all matchy matchy :)

a birthday gift!

A fun and easy BIRTHDAY gift!!

We found this super cute beach towel at Kohls a few weeks ago!! They have quite a few cute ones this year!! I actually got this same one for Max and another cute one for Emery! I plan to go back and get some more when they are on sale again!

I just love giving practical gifts for kids!!!

play ball!!

A sorority sister of mine, Kim, contacted me a while back to make something for her son's 1st Birthday! I was so excited to get to make this for her sweet baby boy!
I had a great time making this for you Kim! Hope you like it!!

This second picture is a little blurry but it is the back of the t-shirt!
The baseball bats and ball design are from Planet Applique and I merged his name with the design using Nelly's font.
The applique 1 is a Chunky Applique font from Embroidery Boutique and I merged in his name and those little baseballs (from Playball font) to make it super cute!!
